Working with leading Cloud technologies architects and Cyber Security professionals, we are working to bring you a special project blending both AI and Tattoo culture. The Curator is an integrated, paperless management platform built on Google that modernizes your shop operations and cuts down administrative overhead.
For a fixed monthly cost, we provide up to five artists and staff a fully provisioned suite of Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gemini accounts, all centralized with shared Google Calendar for synchronized booking and event management. This eliminates internal scheduling conflicts and provides a single, auditable record.
Crucially, we've developed a custom AI Agent that interfaces directly with your setup to deliver a seamless, paperless client check-in process. This integration, which we are soon pairing with a web hosting and cloud based scheduling service for online booking and e-commerce, consistently saves your front desk staff 5–6 minutes per client. That time is instantly redirected back into client engagement and shop operations.
All client data, documents, and digital signatures are instantly secured in the Google Cloud, making them fully HIPAA and DHEC compliant and instantaneously auditable by any necessary agency.
